There is no doubt that there will be another generation of consoles unless something along the lines of WW3 breaks out.
When they will be released I wouldn't hazard a guess, a lot of factors can affect the date.
What happens after is by no means certain.

What are you talking about? WW3 would just spawn a whole new series of derivative FPS titles, nothing more.
