There was the story of the little child (2 or 3) that shot themselves with her dads gun because they thought it was a wii zapper... or at least that's what the speculated happened..

 

Though, that is really just stupid parenting, leaving a loaded handgun where a toddler can reach it.

yup! ,  the Wii is a dangerous weapon disguised as a console, damn Nazitendo.
