i've always liked what people make in MUGEN , if you don't know whats MUGEN is , its basically Little Big Planet for Fighters. there is no levels or fighters in it, you just download user created ones (the default guy sucks too much)

 

Also MUGEN is 100% FREE

After a terrible accident involving my 160gig exHDD that deleted my 200 strong mugen collection, I haven't had the heart to restart one :(
