He does say stuff, but it's more "haha!" and so on when he passes someone on the track :p
Hang on, it says at the end that over 2 1/2 minutes of loading time were taken out for this clip. So it seems there's still fairly lengthy load times to contend with.
Not that it's putting me off, but people need to be aware that this clip isn't a true reflection of load times.

Are the loading times where the game just reads from the disc? Is there an install to HDD option?
