Best of the Halo games so far. It had decent story, great graphics for its time, great ost, neat co-op and the most importantly awesome gameplay. I don't care about Halo's online multiplayer (it sucks imo) so lack of it didn't bother me.

Nothing is perfect so I went with 9. Tight controls, memorable characters and an amazing soundtrack helped set it apart from the merely good shooters last gen.

Awesome game, The reason I bought an Xbox (Despite that horrid, enormous controller).

It was revolutionary for it's time and to this day it is still fun to play.

A great game especially when played in co-op. What dropped it from a ten for me was the level design through the middle of the game which lacked variety. The opening and closing levels I could play over and over again though.

PC version: 9/10

Xbox version: 0/10 (as with all console FPSs)

As I only owned the PC version, that's the score I'll use.

It didn't make me buy an Xbox, but it made me want one. I stuck with the Nintendo/PC combo, as I always have and always will.

You should probably do this for Killzone 2 as well. I'd give that game a 7 rating. Gears 1  & 2 would get a 9. Resistance 1 an 8.
