So basically I can't get it. No matter what I do, I can't seem to grasp that damn mini game (hopefully I'm not alone). I'm reaching out to you VGC community for help. Any tips would be helpful please. I will even sell my soul, but that comes for deadly fishing skills. :)

I'm playing PS3 version, only reason why it's under the Sony forums.

I got my fishing trophies and caught all three of the legendary fish.

What I did when I fished was tilt my camera to the side so I could see the tip of the rod. Now it is going to bend. You are going to see some slight bending and then a big bend. You want to press X on the big bend. Then you need to pay attention to where the fish is in the water or desert. Then hold the joystick the opposite way of the fish then press X when the bar is very low or all the way empty.

I'm at 97% of the trophies. Just viewed ending D and had all my save files deleted woot! Good luck with the upgrading all weapons trophy if you go for it. Took me about 30+ hours.

If you want to call it that. I read it and honestly it isn't worth checking out. G4 had a suprisingly good review for once.

So I found out it wasn't me sucking harder than a starving prostitute, but the lake right beside the old man that gives you the fishing rod and lure is so insanely hard to fish from (bugged even?). Headed over to the lighthouse and crushed. Advice to anyone starting to fish, avoid that first lake at all costs and you'll do fine.

If your fishing next to that old bastard. Then you are fishing for things way higher than your lvl 0 skill. I think your trying to fish level 4-5 fish. So yeah that would be tough.

Just wait until you get to catch the legendarys! One took me about 3 minutes to reel in. :D
