Forums - Microsoft - Natal E3 presentation, no cameras allowed

Maybe they're taking precautionary measure incase someone tries to show you the bottom of an Avatar's foot again. That or they want to save some hype for the E3 presentation.

LOL. That was the epitome of last E3 in my opinion.

No, what it means is they don't want any media going out before their official E3 conference the next day.

They want the big splash to be at the televised event.

If there will be an official stream of the event, I don't see this as a huge deal for us. Sure it'll ruin live blogging of the event, but that's about it.

Now if there ISN'T an official stream, then there must be something else going on. Is this strictly a hands-on event? Motion controllers are more about the experience than the appearance, so is that what this is about?

Lots of rhetorical questions, I know . . .

It can also mean what he said honestly.

Maybe the technology is still too early and they don't want to make viewers think that it looks like crap?

Obviously for the games, guys. They want to reveal them at e3. Nothing to do with confidence.

But if this is another punch the red ball demo now with double points blue ball!... fuck them to hell!

Sign of weakness?

I'd say the opposite, if they though Natal sucked they would rather show it off at it's own public event, rather than their main show.

As it stands now, they're going to reveal all at E3, and have the coverage from all news sites ready to go straight away.

Why would you forbid to use cameras when you show what is supposed to be THE peripheral your console has to offer? I don´t get it. If the hardware is too weak at that point of time, it will come out anyway because I assume the audience is allowed to watch.
