- battle tempo is extremely agreeable
- boss fights are tough but if you polish your tactics, they are fun

- Kaim's existence in the story is, according to Shigematsu's writing, very deep and well crafted. A virtuous story, as Sakaguchi also said
- event scenes progress with beautiful graphics, impressive
- battles have a noticeable effect on your characters, which develop in an enjoyable way
- it's a good RPG for adults to play and take lots of time playing through
- scenario is very "bitter"
- 4 DVDs with amazing video and beautiful music
- it's a shame about frequent loading and the poor lip-syncing

The Last Remnant listed as on the Wii? Have Famitsu lost their bearings....

And Lost Odyssey will sell between 200-250k I think in Japan.

I cant believe they thought pro evolution soccer was better! Thats like ranking Madden as a better game over Mass Effect. Just wrong

I saw the trailer for this game and thought it was amazing. Too bad I don't have 360.

Here's to hoping they are wrong and it's actually much much better than Blue Dragon, which I absolutely hated.

For the western audience LO will be much more appealing. Final Fantasy fans should love the game.

The problem with Blue Dragon is that it was a carbon copy of Dragon Quest which has been not received that well by the West. So BD sucking in EU/US was expected, but don't expect LO to suck because it won't. If MS market and hype the game it will easily sell over a million.

Really? I liked Blue Dragon a lot. There were a few annoyances like the voice acting but overall, I thought the game was very enjoyable.
