It's a great game.
Those who are familiar with the series might be dissapointed because they have come to expect certain things from a Final Fantasy and this one just doesn't bring it all.
It's very polished, fast(er) gameplay, good battle-system, story and characters.
It's just not delivered as we have come to expect a decade ago but that doesn't make the game bad.
