I know this won't happen but I think it would be awesome if they would re-release Halo:CE and Halo 2 for the Xbox 360, much like how God of War and God of War II was for the PS3. They could upgrade the graphics and have online support for both :). Of course, there would probably be two discs, one for each game, but I know I would buy it. Anyways, it is just a thought but one that won't happen.

On topic though, I think it's great that these dedicated players are holding out as long as they can :).

I wonder what Microsoft and Bungie think about this.

Props to these people. I never thought to leave my xbox on to keep trying to play. I just assumed they unplugged the server so games would just stop working. Wow Keep it up i wish i could join you guys Halo 2 for EVER!!!

Maybe they could bundle all of the Halo 2 MP levels into DLC for Halo Reach or Halo ODST. That could ease some of the pain. Other than that, maybe someone should organize monthly Halo 2 Lan events.

Also, I recall when Mario Kart DD came out, there were some innovative gamers that managed to get it to work online. If people just used whatever technique they used, online Halo 2 could live on, I guess.
