Just Cause 2
Alan Wake
Bad Company 2
God of War 3
Halo Reach.
Every single game on the 360 which is what you list entails except that BC is multiplat

It's definitely going to be a PC/360 game anyway, I'll say the new Call of Duty to be honest...
haha I said games, not game. I just wanted to see what people thought were their top ideas for pirated games, not one game alone. god of war 3 won't be the TOP pirated game but I just sense it will be up there. just my opinion (wrong or not :))

How will God of War 3 be pirated, when there is no way to play Pirated PS3 games at this time.

Considering the custom firmware to allow you to keep the other O.S option will be coming out, custom firmware that allows you to play either burnt games or PS3 games off the harddrive will be soon to follow.

I might be wrong, but don't new PS3 games have firmware requirement? Old firmware = no play = no pirating?
Nostradamus foretold PS3 piracy for 2008, than 09, now 10... somehow I doubt it.
On topic: Multiplayer games pirated on consoles doesn't make much sense, and pirating on PC >>> Consoles. So my bet would be Starcraft II.
