God, American people always look so much older than their age, if this picture and a few episodes of jerry springer/maury etc are generalised across the entire USA!

That is true. I think it is our very hectic lifestyle's that age some of us quicker. Well that and our obsession with tanning I've been told I look 24 quite a few times, myself. At the same time, I know lots of girls that are 21 or older and look way way younger than their age. It's a mixed bag.

My sister is 27(ish) and looks like she's 17. When she had a baby my mom would be embarrassed to go anywhere with her because people would think she was a pregnant teen.

I on the other hand, am a freshman and people think I'm a junior or senior.

So yeah, I agree with the mixed bag thing.
