Forums - Nintendo - How many people here have more Pokemon than me in HeartGold and SoulSilver?

Wooo!!! Just scored a Latios for a level 40 shelder. I could have had 2 more latios (1 for an eevee, and 1 for an umbreon) but I can't find them on the GTS anymore after quickly going off to purchase some Eevees.

Awesome trade!!!

The best i've seen was a LVL 50 Vespiquen for a LVL 72 Garchomp. Of course, when I went to train my Vespiquen, the deal went through and I missed it >_>

I left my Metagross on GTS after breeding it to obtain a Beldum to trade for a Salamence, but i'm going to take it off, if it hasn't come through, to trade it for Sinnoh Starters XD

By the way, don't you have the Soul Silver version of the game? Latios is the Lati@s pokemon of Soul Silver, you can catch it on the Kanto Wilderness too.

I have all 493 on my diamond edition. That's why I will skip gold and silver. It wasn't an easy task to catch them all. I even rented the gba games from a friend and finished them again to get some legendarys. And the gamecube games also helped to fill the pokedex.

Hahahaha, the Garchomp for a Vespiquen trade went through!!!

My team is going to get a serious remodeling now

Currently sitting at 205 pokemon caught

how do you get your pokemon back if you decide to not trade on the GTS? Or say I want to change my requested pokemon?

I thought I put one up for trade (can't even remember which ) but I don't see how I either get it back or check up on it.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

When you log in on the GTS, if you have a pokemon for trade, go into the Summary page.

In there, you can take back your Pokemon if you don't want the deal anymore. There's no way to change the requested pokemon (that I know of) other than taking off your pokemon from GTS and putting it back on.

does the game notify you if the pokemon ran away? (I wouldn't think this would have happened as I thought I put one up yesterday) If it does notify you, then I'll have to try checking again later. Maybe I hit cancel, who knows...

I don't think that it ever runs away from the GTS, I have left pokemons there for more than two days in a row.

Also, it doesn't notify you if the trade went through as well, for that you'll have to check up on the GTS. When a pokemon you wanted to trade goes through, when you log in on the GTS, it immediatly shows you the trading animation.
