Very. It's the first Monster Hunter I ever played, and it's totally different than anything I ever played before.

It's kind of hard to get into, and I had my share of frustrations initially, but I'm addicted to it now.

K I am starting to get interested in this thing now, and I abhor the idea of World of Warcraft.

It's nothing like WoW though, more a weird combination of Rune Factory, Diablo and Jurassic Park.

If it is anywhere near as addictive as Frontier is, I must get MH3 immediately.

My wife plays Monster Hunter every evening.

Drugs don't hold a candle to MH.

i'M  a couple hours into the game now and i have to agree that its got a learnign curve, but im sooo into it already.

,,,and, it is totally different than anything ive played on a console before.  the closest thing i can compare it to is everquest...and i played that for 9 years.  this is going to be one hell of an amazing game.  classic controller pro is pretty sweet too btw.

Well Jurassic Park (the film I uess you mean) is awesome.

I have no idea what Diablo is

And i have never played Rune Factory... In my mind i lump it together with Harvest Moon (also never played but I know it's a farming sim).

To put it clear, the game combines resource management, character customization and HUGE dinosaur-like monsters (but also smaller animals, non-dino's too) and it's amazingly addictive and deep.

It takes a while before you really get into it though, and some people may find it too slow and not action-packed enough.
