We changed the rules when we got down to the last 5 developers.

@Aidman, your minus votes need to go to 2 separate developers. No more doubling up.

@highwaystar101, we're limited to one + and 2 - votes each time now. You can do 3 per day, but no longer all at once. We need to wait an hour between them, so people can't get + and - 3 votes.
