Kojima can't get my vote as he seems to be veeery high on 'shrooms when writing his stories. I mean, they're interesting, but excessive. Kinda like the Wachowski bros.

Nomura... didn't remember who was him so that automatically makes him lose the vote. I had to check on Wiki and found this: "Square asked him to be the character designer for Final Fantasy VII to replace Yoshitaka Amano". Replace Amano? Nobody can replace Amano! That's -2 for him.
