but the "Fury" DLC ,changes the game dramatically, i suggest play the normal game then go with Fury.

how different

menu, tracks got more twisted, game logo changed , soundtrack , Red instead of blue, more modes more powerups, its like a different game.

Wipeout is fun but Fury is the game. Looks and plays better and online mp is like a war.

Fury is the best part of Wipeout HD though, so if you want to get the most out of it... you're going to want to get the Fury expansion too. With Fury, Wipeout HD is more than twice the game it is normally. It's not just DLC, it's a complete expansion.
