I think its unbelievable that some of you are actually having the Xbox360 outsell the PS3 2-1 or more. Even last week that didnt happen. End of the year buys would mostly be in favor of the more expensive console to gain sales, on top of that Walmart had the 10 free movie deal with the 80gb.
They most likely ordered lots and lots of extra consoles, and almost all walmarts are sold out of 80gb.
Out of 20 walmarts in my area, all are sold out but two. those two stores have Limited Stock. Compare that to both the Arcade and Premium bundles which are both in stock in every store in my area. Even the 40gb is partially sold out.

to be fair, it is their predictions. if they're right they're right, and vice versa. i personally think ps3 will be quite close to 360 sales after ioi said ps3 saw a large increase alongside ds, whilst wii and 360's increase wasnt as large.
i cant make my own predictions because i dont know how black friday sales go. but i think at most there will only be a 50k gap between the ps3 and 360.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.
3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.
4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games. If that were the case they'd own a PS3.
5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.
6. Boycotts: Their so lame.

Well, here are my estimates of NA hardware sales for this week, according to hints given by ioi in this thread:
DS: about 360k
Wii: 400-475k
X360: 225-275k
PS3: about 174k
PSP: about 178k ?
Remeber that this is likely based on incomplete data and on my interpretation of ioi's hints ;)
