I was considering doing a gameplay trailer as well... However there is really only one trailer thus far that shows any significant amount of gameplay... where as all the trailers released so far has CGI in it.

how long did it take you to do this

about 8 hours of video editing time... but the planning also took an additional few hours, determining where clips would go with the music.

work well done Id like to see what you could do with more footage

I am definitely in the mood to do more. I am waiting anxiously on some more Metroid footage, as I came across a song today that suits the high action/Samus against the world vibe that Other M is giving off.

maybe you could do more with metroid prime 3
im not a big fan of the prime series but if you use cutscenes like when dark samus blast everybody and then samus wakeup with her new suit and other scenes like against Ridley
and samus getiin corrupted and show some gf soldier too I bet you could make a really awesome video

That sounds like a good idea... I could probably do a progression video... of Metroid... The biggest trouble though is to get High enough Res video for that... I would possibly have to go record it myself (play through Metroids) which would probably be arduous but worth it... eventually.

well I can only speak for myself but Id like to say that I like what you did and would like to see more
so again good work from a metroid fan to another
