i would say for me and my family : answer 4 seems about right.

15-20 depends on funds and time to enjoy them though. Lately time has been going down a whole lot with my classes getting harder.

Easily 30 or more.

So far I'm at 17 disc-based games. I've bought 2 new, and 15 used, 1 is PS3, 16 are PS2. Total I've spent on them is about $160. The 2 new ones are unopened and still shrink wrapped. Of the 15 used ones, 7 still haven't been inserted into my PS3 to test if they work. I've also bought 7 PSN titles, each at $5, for a total of $35 on digital download games so far.

What can I say, I enjoy buying video games.

EDIT:  I also have this fear that one day, PS2 games will be impossible to find or outrageously priced, so I'm stocking up on anything even remotely interesting to me.

@cgi-quailty , of the between 15 and 20 games. are most of them retail games and some psn games ? i would say for me 80% are retail , why the rest will be psn games.

probably around 15 for me this year although of that 15 i'm still at 0

@wonktonodi, oh. i am at 8 retail games and 2 psn so far, i am at half of my 20 games and i still got 8 months to go, most likely i will surpass my amount for the year like i always do.

I just counted and I already bought 18 games this year, shoot that is crazy. Not all "new" as in just released, quite a few used old PS1/PS2 games.

Have bought for the Wii a few came out last year that I did not get until this year and thoose I plan to get this year once out.
