A) Ganon doesn't exist in this world.  It's Kratos vs Link.

B) Kratos doesn't have anything that gives him Triforce immunity... he couldn't beat Ganon.  Link can only beat Ganon because he specifically has anti-reality warping weapons.

C) As for Kratos having infinite health... he just... doesn't.  I mean otherwise... the fights towards the end of the game wouldn't be such a struggle for him would they?

This isn't actually an argument! You are not making an argument! The Magic Cape works the way it works! Letsdance even allowed the use of the Triforce explicitly.

And at what point do you suggest Kratos be used, canonically, that would give him access to this stuff?

Actually the amount of people who has explained why and how including me .. Leads me to now leave this topic. I have wasted enough time and if you wanna keep wabbling around in it then by all means go ahead.

Explainging he is going to grab someone who he can't grab isn't actually an arguement.  As has already been shown... Many superheros can attack while intangable.

Basically your arguement boils down to "He's super secret awesome and I don't understand how links powers work."  Willingly trying to pass of links powers for something they aren't isn't an arguement.  Or at least it isn't an arguement in which you would have a point.

Vision quite literally is putting his hand through Venoms chest here... damaging him.  According to you, Venom should be able to grab him... in fact vision's arm should be feeling some pain.  This isn't actually the case however.

In fact the only way to hurt vision in such a form is something specifically tuned to his intangibility frequency.  This is something Kratos doesn't have.

It's pure conjecture that such a thing (which kratos doesn't even have) would hurt Link.

 

Also, might I add it's rather odd your something magical is impossible.  That's sorta the whole point of magic isn't it?  It does stuff that is impossible in our world?  I mean, Kratos wouldn't exist in our world, because Kratos is half god.

Neither would Link because Hyrule isn't a real country.  That cape is EXTREMTLY unfair... but just because something is unfair, doesn't negate it's actual ability to work.  It's the same with Link's time stopping abilities.  In general, Link has a few VERY cheap abiltites that Kratos just has no counter for.

I mean, how does Kratos beat Link if link uses the Phantom Hourglass to stop time?  It's the same problem.   It's not a great indictiment of Kratos character like you seem to make it out to be. 


Kratos and even Link with these powers aren't even NEAR the top of the galactic food chain of fictional beings.

None of it is actually in the narrative of the character.  Unlike Links items.

Additionally, infinite health doesn't protect someone from reality manipulation.  Much how infinite health codes in a number of games don't protect you from insta-kill attacks.

What are you talking about? The God of War armor isnt kratos? The ares armor? The hydra armor? Etc etc? These ARE part of him. The fish and stuff like that arent. But those are never the best. The ones that make sense in the game are. And those are the ones I am talking about.

That's the point... they aren't in Canon.

The urns aren't usbeable until "bonus play" and are never used by him outside of bonus play... despite the fact that you find them before a New Game +.

Afterall, the urns are found during the first quest... yet can't ever actually be used until a New game +.  For all intensive purposes they don't exist.

Also, none of the urns actually gives him infinite health.

Closest thing I can imagine your thinking of is the Chalice of Hera, which is also... non canon and still not going to protect Kratos from reality manipulation.

 

It's not a slight against Kratos or anything Link is just cheap as hell.
