Nintendo are revealing the successor to the best selling handheld ever, a new Legend of Zelda built around Motion Plus and the next peripheral/software combination to expand the Wii's userbase. Microsoft and Sony might have Natal and Move, but I think Nintendo will come out on top for me personally. I expect many gaming sites to scoff at Vitality Sensor unless the near impossible happens and Nintendo announce Eternal Darkness 2 with VS compatibility.
I expect 3DS, Natal and Zelda Wii to be the biggest stories at E3 this year.
