| perpride said: By far the greatest game this year so far. 2nd greatest game this generation. 2nd best Final Fantasy after FFVII. I Love the direction they took with FFXIII. They perfected the battle system. The story is one of the greatest I've ever seen in a video game. The world is lively and colorful. The graphics are amazing. The music is WAY better than what I was expecting (10/10 easily). The leveling system is also top notch. FFXII had no random encounters, so that's not something new in FFXIII. If you don't think the story in FFXIII is convulted, then you have no idea what game you played for the last 35 hours. I suggest you go back and possibly pay attention to what's going on this time around. Trying to say that they paid more attention to graphics shows me that you paid practically 0 attention to the story. Also....complaining that the main character is a chick? BOO fucking HOO cry me a river. You're not the first on these forums to make that ridiculous complaint either. I don't even get the complaints you are making in this thread but whatever, to each his own. The sales and reception of this game among fans speaks for itself, I don't need to defend it. |
no, xenogears was convoluted not this, in this game i was trying to save "that girl" then got cursed so i ran away, found out the king is the bad guy come back to kill him and thats it.
im not complaning about the main character been a girl im just saying square made that decition to appeal the western marked not because it had anything to do with the story.
in the op am not complaining I just wrote what happen, if am wrong, or if a lied please post what really happens in the game. my intention is to allow someone that has not gotten the game to see what the game is about before they buy.
FFVII was universally praised, this game has had as many critics as 12 did, and it wont sell much more than 12, look at the legs this game has you will see it only sold much because it says final fantasy on the cover.
