Lol, you guys must suck at screwing then. Can't even handle a country like Afghanistan? Or Vietnam? ;) 

Too bad you can't use brute force on a country without being punished for it anymore.

You do know Russia handed over more nuclear weapons then USA right? You do know Obama isn't going to remove(or at least never succeed in doing so) all nuclear weapons right? He just made sure USA and Russia have equal "firepower". 

And can you blame the world for hating the USA? 

Just accept it, we Europeans accepted the fact that the rest of the world hates us a long time ago. And because most people in the USA are from European descend you get the double hate treatment.

The world is a community after all. Building peace among nations is not all that different from building peace among people. The only issue is that you have no ultimate actor who can stop nations like the police can stop people, but you can build a system of both enduring security and of friendship

 

Pledging against nuclear retaliation for non-nuclear attacks (even if they were chemical/biological) makes a bit of sense. Obama is bound by nothing so he can renege that if he has to, but it makes us look good, anyone who tried a nonconventional attack anyway would still see the hammer of conventional power brought down upon them

 

Nuclear weapons need to remain, but strictly as a deterrent against other nuclear powers from using their own, but even then the threat of their indiscriminate use always lurks.
