It's starting to look pretty good now.  It looks like what I was expecting the Wii to be.  The Swords were pretty damn cool.  I'm in.

What do you mean it looks like what I was expecting the wii to be. It's basically the same thing.

How is this the same thing? the hand-held controller part may look similar, but a lot of the stuff shown can't be done on the Wii, not even with motion plus.

Judging from the videos,it looks exactly like everything that can be done on the wii. I'm sorry, but I really did'nt see anything mindblowing in those videos.

The Wii has a camera now and can do head-tracking? When did that happen?

The head tracking part doesn't mean anything and it's been done before. The camera is just the eyetoy. In the end the move and the wii-mote are designed for basically the samething. They might be designed slightly differently, but the end results are basically the samething. That's what I meant. The move does nothing mind-blowing are ground breaking. That's just my opinion though. It's still along time before the move comes out and I could be proven wrong, but at this point I'm just not impressed with the move at all.

fair opinion!

...but just out of curiosity: Do you agree now that the move can do things the Wii can't?

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

SLIDER GAMEPLAY!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSS! :D I am so getting that game lol it looks silly and FUN!

And that sword play is hella awesome.....finally a sword game that allows you a great deal of movement

And yea I read that they mentioned to those who visited this event that, they will bring a lot more new content to E3 and PAX....makes sense right? You wouldn't wanna show off the best until those major events

As far as the head -tracking goes, the answer would be yes,but I just need to see more videos of what the move can do.

Never knew Wii had a game that can imitate and track sword play like in these videos...which game is it?

I'm quite suprised as to how different from the Wii the move seems, but when I think about it it makes complete sense!

The Wii remote functions like a light gun, you point it towards the sensor bar and the camera in the Wiimote tracks your movement, Move works the opposite way round.

Move senses your position in 3D space, so for boxing games you have to actually raise your hands to put your guard up. Wii motions can all quite easily be done with just a flick of the wrist, with Move you'll actually have to move your body because of how the interface is designed. It's much more like real life, translating your actual position into 3D space rather than checking what angle the remote is pointing at a static sensor.

I'm actually suprised and impressed, I should have realised it before but this tech, although similar in appearence to teh Wii is completely different, newer and probably better than the Wii.

they are showing some really cool stuff imo. i'm still really curious to see natal in actual action but it really seems to me like move is going to be a great blend of the functionality of the wii-mote and the functionality of the natal/eyetoy. as much as i thought move was going to be lame a few months ago it really is starting to look like the best tech on the market. i really hope sony can get some real support behind this (ie games).

Can't wait till E3 to see some more games. Most of these aren't terribly exciting for me. Software that would make me buy Move:

Ape Escape 4
Bushido Blade 3
Quick Draw
Shadow of Rome 2
Trauma Center & Trauma Team
Armored Core
Mideival 3
Okami 2
Epic Mickey
Psy Phi
SCEJ next puzzle game
Team Ico game announcement
War of the Monsters 2

We all know that sooner or later Sony'll do again something stupid in marketing, it just can't help it, but this time, like it often happened during the last 7-8 months, hats off to it, it's trying hard to show concrete facts on their tech before MS, so that even if Natal will be very good (and I'm quite sure it is at least for some genres, although I'm sceptic about others), people won't see Sony as the last arrived. And it's showing in a clear way what Move is good at, people will appreciate it.
And let's not forget Kevin Butler, he's pure genius, a lot of Sony fans love him, a lot of common, little or no biased at all, people love him, only Sony haters hate him, so he's doing his job damn well.

Stwike him, Centuwion. Stwike him vewy wuffly! (Pontius Pilate, "Life of Brian")
A fart without stink is like a sky without stars.
TGS, Third Grade Shooter: brand new genre invented by Kevin Butler exclusively for Natal WiiToo Kinect. PEW! PEW-PEW-PEW!

From this vids I see that the more complicated the game is the lag gets bigger. There's almost no lag when there are only swords but in the fighting game lag looks similar to first version of Natals tech demo.
