Is there a way to preview them (or even just to find JUST the dynamic themes) on PSN? Out of those 3 I like Flower the best, even though I haven't played it.

You haven't played Flower?!

There is a section for just dynamic themes (under themes and avatars), but the only way to preview them on the PSN store is by looking at a few screenshots. YouTube is the best way to see them in action.
