but i don't want a slim. i like backwards compatibility and all the memory features mine has :(
Unlike most people who have a 60 gb, I utilize virtually every facet of it. I use the wifi in my apt, I use the card reader to transfer music/pics/save files from PSP to PS3, and frequently alternate between PS3 and PS2 games.

Consider it a gimped phoenix, poor thing can only fly in circles but it at least flies, give it some love, it'll grow on you.
A terrible loss :\ at least you're 21 and can buy beer to dull the pain (If you're american). Happy late birthday and again, i feel your pain.
