Forums - PC - Hell has frozen: MW2 multiplayer free weekend on Steam

It appears that Hell has frozen over (or it's just part of the advertising of the map pack ), Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer will be available for free through Steam on through the weekend (starting Thursday at 4pm PDT).

So there you go, a few days of trying out MW2's multiplayer if you didn't like what they did with IWnet and at least wanted to try it out.

It should be available to pre-load, but I have the beta UI and it doesn't seem to want to do anything when I hit the link.

Here's an idea: If you're going to troll, do better than just calling something "shit." We at Vgchartz have standards for our trolling, you know. We expect a little more sophistication. All I'm saying is that we like a little more effort. You know, this isn't Gamespot or something.

And no, I really don't have too much interest in having a debate with someone who just does hit and run trolling. It sounds absolutely boring. I've already debated plenty of people who troll before, and it's about as fun as cancer. Just letting you know that we do have a standard for trolling on this site. Did you read through it at all? I would have linked another thing but I thought that it was far less structured and supported.

If anythign what you are doing is pure trolling, now are you gonna dispute any points or just continue to blow steam? It'd be nice if you lived up to your own standards.
