i dunno. i supose the easyest way to get more than 1 in a go would be to play once of those games thats gives u a trophy for completing the game of every difficulty. so if u just finish it on hardest first time u get all of them

I've gotten 4 in a Row in Prince Of Persia. I think KylieDog's answer is your best bet. Look for a game with retroactive trophies and don't update until you know you've completed quite a few requirements [will probably have to be an offline game though].

i did over 40 it was nfs undercover i had beaten the game then a trophy patch was released once i started up the game again they all came up one after another pretty rare since most trophy patches would require you to do them all again

When I bought a slim and transferred all the data over from the phat PS3, the trophies weren't transferred and saved on the PS3 system itself, but still linked to the PSN account. So I started playing Borderlands while I was logged off, and about 7-8 trophies popped up right after each other because the trophy system saw certain trophies I had unlocked in my save file.
