Would appreciate a little help voting that idea up. A whole lot of gamers over here (including myself) are having a tough time buying stuff online because the Philippines isn't part of the PSN list. We can't register our credit cards nor add any funds to the wallet, unless we import PSN network cards, which is a pain to do, and also extra expensive. I think it's a simple request that can be added easily.

Thanks a lot fellas. Hope the idea gets recognized by Sony.

XMB access at all times. We stay logged in while watching videos, accessing the store, and playing PS1 games (both downloadable and via disc), so why can’t we access the XMB at these times? We can still receive messages and whatnot, and it’s annoying having to stop whatever you’re doing to respond, or having to stop to see if a friend who just logged on wants to play something, etc.

Making XMB access more universal would go a long way towards making the PSN experience more cohesive overall.

Oh, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a Philippine PSN come pretty soon. The PSN is available officially in 56 countries already, and given the ps3 was launched in the Philippines only recently, I'm sure they're working on a dedicated Philippines PSN.

That would be one of the best ideas... ever.

I am sorry guys. I know you guys deserve it and have all the right to have that service but I feel that yielding to this may cause a rupture in the whole time-space continium. Som things, some things, are like they are for a reason and if we mess with some stuff we may trigger forces we do not yet or may never get to comprehend causing effects we may very well regret at the end.

There should be a Laint American PSN, but I guess Sony doesn't wan't our money and wants us to pirate games instead of paying a lot for original games... (here games cost like 3 times more than in USA)

I'm going to the Phillips sometime this year. I can only imagine how much it cost for a PS3 there with the import tax, and what not. Do you guys have XBox Live there?
