Add Philippines to the PSN country list (PS Blog Share Idea, pls vote up)

Oh, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a Philippine PSN come pretty soon. The PSN is available officially in 56 countries already, and given the ps3 was launched in the Philippines only recently, I'm sure they're working on a dedicated Philippines PSN.
