Forums - Gaming - *This Gen Will Be My Last.*

I share your concerns somewhat, in that i would like to avoid having to buy a new console in that critical just-graduated-from-college time, when i'm going to need money for living...

That's why i'm hoping for N6 in 2011, last holiday season they could launch while i'm still in college.

I am a teen so I am going to college yes. I may buy game consoles later on but for the time I am in college/Just got out of college I don't see me playing NEW games but I will be playing my a Wii still for sure. I am NOT in college yet for thoughs who want to know. Also this gen has been so good that I may have enough great games to last me a LONG time anyway. I am just saying that I have about 32 Wii games and maybe 50 Gamecube so the money total is well over $3000.

All you have to do is get a job in college.  I worked at a freaking gas station a few hours a week to pay for entertainment.  It sounds like you just wanna be lazy and not work.

I definitely don't have as much time to game as I used to when I was young but I've got heaps more money to buy games, at least for now. I just have to fit my gaming time in and out between my other responsibilities.

You'd only need to work like 8 hours a week, and you could buy all the games you need.

8th gen predictions. (made early 2014)
PS4: 60-65m
WiiU: 30-35m
X1: 30-35m
3DS: 80-85m
PSV: 15-20m

Younger = More time, less money

Older = More money, less time

Exactly. I really miss those days where I could play almost all day.

Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"

uhh i know the guy said he is going to college.

but don't forget when you do get older yes you have lots more money, but you also get kids plus a wife plus a mortgage. So it all depends on how much you are spending in those areas as well.

Damn dude college was the height of my gaming career. Forget studying, party and game!
