It is 5pm here now for any who are wondering....does the clock on this website (see post time) change worldwide or is it all based on GMT/BST ?

I think it is, Just ask ioi, he used this time thing on the site....He should fix it and have times for each member on wear they live to make it easier on us.

Also when we come into a thread it would be cool to look at the persons avatar and tell if the member is online or not. Instead of going through their profile.

@W29...you think it is what?....you live in the USA right....so what do the times say for you, are they correct for you or are they 5-8 hours ahead (ie Greenwich Mean Time/GMT)

I can't tell because i happen to live in the UK with GMT time....and GMT is occasionally a standard on message boards (but also ioi is British)

I live in America on the Eastern Coast like New York...My time is 12:26 pm It would be nice to have some type of thing where each user has the correct time base on country preferences. Like I live in America it should say 12:27pm American eastern post time. It would say something different because you live in Uk it would have post time of 5:00pm UK time...

Thanks, i got what i was asking for that....i thought maybe that you in the USA might be posting at the same time as me (in real time) but that maybe when you look at the site it shows your time not ours...i guess not.

some sites let you choose what timezone you are in (though for countries with daylight savings changes i imagine it wouldn't change automatically).
