Yes this was an April's fool article, but I am quite certain I read something similar months ago and not on April 1st... (not about the Move wand being taped to the head, yet still of GT5 to incorporate motion tracking that affects what you will see).

If you have just caused this game to be delayed, i will hunt you down...

I think they confirmed this feature a long time a go. do a search for gt5 head tracking and you'll find lots of talk about it as if they have already implemented it. there is also a lot of video's of head tracking using the eye (no move needed)
