If I remember rightly, I found a really easy way to beat Omega was if you had the Laguna card which transformed into 100 Heroes. Then I just made everyone invincible and aura'd them all and sent Omega to oblivion!

OT: I'm beginning to think the bosses in FFXIII should be on this list. Definately the last one is a real pain.

Last boss in Ninja Gaiden Sigma.

I had no magic or health items and only 1/4 of my life bar and couldnt do anything about it.

There is a gauntlet of boss fights in Ninja Gaiden/Black/Sigma which get really hairy on higher difficulties.

The first time you fight Devil Hand in God Hand is always brutal for beginners, no matter how talented, because even at Level 1 he's as fast as any other enemy in the game on Level Die.

Ganon in Legend of Zelda is pretty tough.

I still need to face superbosses from Final Fantasy. Maybe they'll pose some sort of threat.
