I guess I'd say either Madison or Norman, they both have good angles with being a reporter and an FBI agent.

Norman is more interesting to me.

Madison. If she survives, and if Ethan doesn't forgive her...She will sit at a bookstore and sign her bestseller "Heavy Rain". Then a guy comes and calls himself Vincent, and says "Excellent investigation, Miss Paige. You're 1 brave lady. You deserve a better adversary, somebody more...Ferocious" Cliffhanger ending. She is the most likely to be in a sequel, in my opinion.

Ethan is done, Norman became crazy(well, in my playthrough)...which leaves Madison.

I wouuld have loved to see an ending where everybody accomplishes their goals but the Origami killer does NOT die. You just can't get that ending from the game: if Norman, Ethan and Madison succeed altogether at the end, it means the death of well (it's obvious now) Shelby. Yeah Scott would've been put away for 100+ in jail, but it leaves some kind of loose end that way...who knows, he could play a role in an alternate story/sequel? kinda like Hannibal Lector? In my opinion, Shelby was the best character. By far. Best written. Second place goes to Jayden.

heavy rain is not going to get a sequel , QD is already deep in development on a new ip also heavy rain doesnt need a sequel its amazing the way it is

Yeah i would like to see QD do a different story but with Heavy Rain's mechanic.

It would be called "Heavy Sand." Instead of being drowned alive with water, the victims are drowning in quicksand!

Pretty much everyone died in my scenario so I don't think you can make a sequel. I think a new plotline would be necessary as you can't build Heavier Rain on top of Heavy Rain.

Well, when I played the game, Jayden died. I'm going to kill Madison, too. Maybe next time I play, I'll let (Hey! CNN Headline News just said "Three days of "HEAVY RAIN" while I ws making this post!! COOL!!) everybody die just to make sure there is no sequel. Sometimes, I do things to piss people off for no reason.

I have absolutely no ideas for a sequel.
