I got tremendously bored with Fallout 3 after putting about 15 or so hours into it. Everything just boiled down to the same actions over and over and over again. Although I can totally see how it can be a very enjoyable game (my friend logged some 60 or so hours in it).

Personally, I found Borderlands to be the more entertaining game, but again, totally just me.

Sorry I hated that dull game!!

What a step down from Oblivion!

Yep its amazing. Probably my fav game from this gen (or CoD4)

Well... I really liked it... but I also felt it could have been much better. I guess the concept and the times it worked like a charm coasted me over the rougher times.

As ever though I found it strange the best quests and moments were often the smaller ones vs the fairly cliched main quest.

I loved stuff like 'the republic of Dave' but it's such a small quest, I'd love to see more done with it.

Personally, my view currently is Oblivion and Fallout 3 shouldn't actually have main quests, simply a great assortment of quests to chose from with no one quest positioned as the main story.

I really did love that game, its in my top 10 games ever played!  I put over 80 hours into it, and bought all the downloaded content for it.  The only reason why I haven't beaten it is because I had to sell it.

One of my favorites of this gen. I actually enjoyed it more than Oblivion and I spent some major time playing Oblivion.

If you're playing the game on console, you're not getting the best out of the game. Get it on PC and download some mods, that's where some of the most random fun is at!
