Whenever somebody would hit a light switch, I'd make no light come from the lightbulb. Then, when they went to change the bulb, I'd let the light come out. Then, after they climb off of their chair or ladder, I'd make the light bulb go out again.

-this is pretty much all I would do.

Exactly how much control do you have over light? I mean like enough to change it's fundamental properties like the mass, charge, and spin of a photon? Because oooh boy is there a lot I could do with that......

I would probably use my power to turn off all computer monitors, ending this thread entirely. Then you can all go outside and accept reality.

Blind people and burn there clothes off then..........................

Edit:  And burn DNA evidence.
