I characterized the Great Konsol wars as wars that had three or more major players (Think a World War).  The "First Great Konsol War" was fought by Nintendo, Sony, and Sega.

So you wouldnt call the Snes vs genesis era a "Great Console" war?. dude the was fights in playgrounds all over the world cos of that shit xD, no hiding behind the internet like the kids do today xD. No you had to go out and really take up arms for your company of choice!.

Oh I would definitely consider it a huge war, but world wars arent fought by only two countries :)

Fun thread, it would be interesting to read the history for how Nintendo saved Vid'egama (saved the video game industry) after the previous companies collapsed, perhaps they liberated the world from a dark evil ruler (the 80's? Who knows)

Nintenidos! Nintenidos! Hurrah!

We are the ancient empire of this world; its magic and prestige simply cannot be emulated by our enemies.

And so us Ninten will forever fight. The first two great konsol wars were a travesty, but the elite few remained. During the current war we have achieved great victories, but with no credit. Our enemies are blind to the immense power that Nintenidos really is.

So we'll start a new war with the weapons we have developed. The war will affect the darkest corners of the world, the young and the old will fight and die in the battlefields of games - and it will have one clear victor. This is the proper picture for your comment. I consider PC Gaming on another plane all together, barely interacts with console gaming except to try and fight off the plague that infects our magnificent gaming culture. Outside of that, when visiting the lower world, I visit Nintendios as the bestest place down there, they have much I like (though none can match my GTX 690's power)

Couldn't choose so went with MPC.

PC-Multiplatform

Nintendo-Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong etc

Sony-MGS4, GoW, misc exclusives

MS-Halo, Forza, Misc Exclusives

Just like this gen I'll be getting all consoles again most likely but still the PC Master Race will out last consoles ;) We are here to stay.
