Nintendo will release this new DS, and Sony, Microsoft, Pachter, and their loyal supporters will say all the worst things that can be said.

then they will release their own handheld 3D systems, and  claim that theirs is better and how they were working on it before Nintendo did?

I find Microsoft pretty quiet these times. They are not trolling very much the Wii. Pachter have done it of course, and Sony too.

i dont think MS can bash given than they already announced a non-revolutionary- ,pretty standart upcoming handheld a few months ago to be launched in the future. So they cant just edit it and hope it soars against 3ds. They pretty much have nothing to say on that side of the market atm. SONY at the other hand, bitter as it gets. Their power edge over the DS will be gone on march 2011 and nintendo is forcing them to redesign(something that went awfully bad). They feel attacked and need to do damage control.

Come on, this is Nintendo. They could go full HD, 3D or whatever, secure every major third party franchise as an exclusive and the people that complain at times like this would still complain then even though it's everything they apparently want Nintendo to do...

Instead they'd just shift the goalposts to some other complaint.
