Well it will have a camera, two screens with touch, 3D will be an add on later as Sony is probably waiting to see how it goes for Nintendo just like the move, move :P. or they will do it from the start. And of course as most mobiles they will use motion tilt thingies in it.

It will be more powerful than the Wii and cost about 299-350 dollars as they will not have learned from their past products.

So what do you guys think? What more do you think can be done?  

nobody cares bout the next Sony handheld?

I think it'll fail as a gaming machine if it incorporartes a phone.
Everything will be compromised: controls, design, battery life...

So, Sony is in a hard position, they have to innovate or else they'll die in this market.
And make the thing a little more pirate proof, obviously.

I think Sony need to focus on the gaming aspect of the device. Sure throw in the latest media playback etc but having a phone is unnecessary and probably stupid.

Also if they truly want handheld market dominance, they can't just take ideas that have been implemented already by leading hardware like in the DS, iPhone and soon to be 3DS. these devices are the front runners because they are the front runners. If Sony want PSP2 to be like the PS2, they need to innovate in a way that will add value to their system that consumers are unable to find elsewhere.

i don't think they will incorporate phone capabilities but you never know. they sure did not think about battery life the last time so if they don't think about it this time then there is something wrong with them.

This time they will sell it with profit from day one. I think PS3 disaster teached them that lesson. Not sure about overall specs though. Probably at least touch screen.

I don't think sony are gona release a proper HHconsole. I think their going 4 the phone/gaming market.

That will make it too expensive unless they cut down the specs..

It wont have 2 screens. That is the biggest gimmick ever if I do say so myself. It will be a copy of the phone but with buttons as well. The DS is big, but why take a step backwards?

Well, we'll just have to wait and see. But I'd be more than a little surprised if it didn't have most of the defining features DSi has. Like touch screen controls and a camera. Oh, and some form of tilt/motion sensing, as Nintendo already mentioned the DS' successor will feature that. If it has dual screens, too, I'll laugh. Hard.
