I think Sony need to focus on the gaming aspect of the device. Sure throw in the latest media playback etc but having a phone is unnecessary and probably stupid.
Also if they truly want handheld market dominance, they can't just take ideas that have been implemented already by leading hardware like in the DS, iPhone and soon to be 3DS. these devices are the front runners because they are the front runners. If Sony want PSP2 to be like the PS2, they need to innovate in a way that will add value to their system that consumers are unable to find elsewhere.
