I kind of agree with him about the visuals/mature part, but not really with ping pong. As the starting running back for my football team, if my friends caught me playing ping pong on the wii or with move, I would never hear the end of it.

Also: don't you think this is bad business for EEDAR? They're supposed to be the prime industry analysis group, and this statement is basically a declaration of anti-Wii bias, isn't it?

Well he isn't exactly wrong, the experience could be better with better hardware and Sony aren't exactly crappy developers so I'm sure some good software would come out, but it's success won't be based solely on it's graphics.

P.S.: people do give me funny look's when I'm playing Rayman Raving Rabbids on the Wii, while when I'm playing UFC: Undisputed 2009 everyone's watching and complimenting it's 'realistic looks'. I can understand what the guy's talking about.



Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.

Every single company thinks that the Wii did well because of Motion Controls. WRONG!!! The Wii did well because of good advertising, a family friendly mentality, and an affordable price point at launch. Sony/Microsoft could mimic all of this, but instead they mimic the thing that is least responsible for the Wii's success. I swear, game companies are a bunch of bosh'tets.

Yeah because the most sold console this gen in the one with better graphics. "Realism" is exactly what gamers want lolz

I'm sorry, spokesman, I see nothing new on that ping pong game, already played it on the console from where your company riped off your new controller... last year.

Maybe for PS3 owners who will jump in the motion control it might be something new and addictive with online multiplayer. Said that way it would be a completely plausible and classy statement.

But no, Sony employees even like to troll the company they imitate...
