I just bought it last Friday from Best buy for $30. It was between Heavy Rain, Bioshock 2 L.E., and this. Bioshock 2 L.E. was sold out so i guess ill order it online sooner or later. There was only one copy of Heavy Rain and Assassins Creed 2 left. I really wanted to get both of them. ANyways I saw Assassins creed 2 was on sale so i just bought that. Now im planning on buying Heavy Rain next month. Anyways was Assassisn Creed 2 for $30 worth it? How is the game?

It was my favourite game of 2009 on any system. I'm about 4 hours from the ending according to my cousin but I haven't touched it (or any other game) for the last 4 months because of school. I did everything in the game. It's actually quite long if you do everything. ~40 hours for me I'd say. So if you plan on going all out on it and actually enjoy it you really can't go wrong paying less than a buck per hour of gameplay. Hope you enjoy it!

it is like Assassin creed 1 without the default

the best part is the "wall walking/climbing" animation that are insanely good and make you feel like you are really a "stealth assassin"

completing all the mini quest, item collect can be quite long and give you some replay value

and the 2 defaults : the game is too easy IMO (too easy to defeat guard even if you are outnumbered) and the sotyr is quite messy if you ask me ...
