Just a word of warning...
If you use a web acceleator that opens up dozens of concurrent connections to a host (instead of the typical 2-4), you may find your IP blocked temporily by this site. The most common offender out there is the google web accelerator. There are ways to disable it per site, so if you insist on using it, be sure to do so for this site.
A good way to trigger it is to visit pages with tons of pictures, such as konnichiwa's profile at
http://www.vgchartz.com/profiles/profile.php?tab=forum&id=580 that has tons of games.
That said... besides for being a unreasonable burden on the server, they really don't help in the long run, especially if you have a low latency connection. It just ends up being more bloat on your local machine. It claims saving time from downloading, but it neglects to count the time lost from extra disk I/O and memory usage on your local box.
