I would be surprised if it sold 1 million week 1.
Long Live SHIO!
How can people seriously liked the first one? It was shorter and easier then the 2nd one and that says a lot imo! my problem with Fable is that its so goddamn easy you can rush through the campaign. Fable 2 had one semi difficult moment and that was it, Lionhead wants to keep the game simple for everyone to enjoy. Newsflash unless its pokemon it won't draw a huge crowd.

i think the items are totally free
I dont see why it wouldnt based on part 2's success. I'm sure the marketing will be there, so as long as it appears to be better than the last, it should do better early on.

I am a gamer. Not a fanboy, not a troll, a gamer. So when you dont like what I have to say, remember this fact.
Definitely. The first game sold 1 million first week worldwide. I could see this game selling about 1.5 million first week, maybe 2 million.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY
I reckon it'll actually do a similar FW to the first.
Then critical reception/disappointment will dictate whether it matches or dips slightly under Fable 2's LTD.
I think it will for sure because I don't believe that too many fans of the series were disappointed with the second one. Love it or hate it, you know what you're going to get when you pick up a Fable game.
Also, as the gen wears on I foresee more and more games having stronger openings followed by shorter legs because people will want to play the continuations of series they have already bought.

I liked Fable 2 a whole lot. I think Peter Molyneux is one heck of a developer and i give him credit.
I think it will do more than a million in its first week. Didnt Fable 2 do a mil in its first week?
