.:: Before i even start, YES...i know i'm late to the party, but i was determined to beat GOW1, and GOW2 (the remastered PS3 versions) again before i popped in GOW 3. ::.

So i finally beat God of War 3...and what an experience! I've said time and time again that the reasons for me buying a PS3, 2 years ago were MGS4, and GOW3, and now i can rest easy knowing that it was all worth it (with more to look forward to).

First off...it's the limited edition, so yea i got my Pandora's Box and all (badass!). Second...I had to re-wrtie this paragraph about 3 times because i didn't know how to summarize my experience with GOW3..so the word i'll go with is just "Wow!" (it's better than "OMGWTFWOWINCREDIBLEAWESOMESAUCEMADNESSEPICNESSTOTHAINFINITYPOWAAAAAAA!" lol). There's no real way to decribe this game, at least for me...believe me i tried, the only way to get what i'm talking about is to go out and BUYYYYYY (NOT RENT!) this title. It's been absolutely phenomenal, and i'm SO happy, and honored to have played it. What an achievement.

(Sidenote) As for right now...i rate GOW 3 as having the BEST(!!!) introduction of any game i've played (and ever?) thus far. Meaning the first 10-20 minutes of gameplay. Jaw dropping visuals, epic presentation, seamless gameplay, and amazing cinematography..00o just one more..."Wow!"

I was determined to wait a few days till the GoW trilogy comes out to play GoW3,
but now I just can't wait anymore.

If it's like you say it is then I've GOT to get it NOW!!!

I coudn't believe that i was actually playing it, i wanted it to so badly, the introduction wasn't bad, but what made the game epic was the boss fights. I loved every single moment, until now it is my GOTY, the graphics were amazing, the game play hadn't changed but the 3 new weapons brought up a new spice into the game. And most important it was fun, very fun. Finished the game 3 times and starting again a 4th time.

My Ultimate Trilogy Collection came today, but I need to play through I and II first...

And people claim there's no replay value...

Well one playthrough was to get trophies, other then that the game is so entertaining that i had to play it again.

it is def the best game on the ps3 right now (i'm sorry my beloved demon's souls and uncharted 2) ... i tried to space it out... but ended up playing it in 2 sittings... 14 hours (titan mode)... and just did the challenges... now i'm on my second playthrough... this one to get ready for my chaos playthrough...

so all in all... it will come to about 50+ hours... not bad at all...
