Yeah, they do, PS3 ones include:

 

Uncharted

Resistance

MAG

Infamous

Demon's Souls?

Heavenly Sword

WKC

Heavy Rain

LBP

Motorstorm

 

And many more that are pre-PS3 examples of Sony original IPs.  Twisted Metal, Warhawk, etc.

But when compiling a list of "big names coming", understandably big names means established names, means sequels.  Except, of course, in the case of THE LAST GUARDIAN.

They all remind me of Farmville for some reason.

Isn't the whole point of new IPs that we don't see them coming? New IPs should come from Eat Sleep Play, Lightbox Interactive, SCE London & maybe a little something from Sony Santa Monica

Starhawk, Lock & Key and maybe a revival of 8 days.....

Last year Sony announced MAG and The Last Guardian (I think), so we should expect a few new IPs from them, but they have already introduced loads of IPs this gen

Only to have it announced multiplay 6-12 months later. I don't trust any third party "exclusive" these days. I've heard it too many times just to see it go multiplat.
