He comes in for an interview and as a joke he dressed up as Mario. Would you hire the guy?

I clicked the third option. Specifically, I'd ask them to come back dressed as Luigi. I imagine the cap would be much harder to get hold of, and would show that they are truly dedicated.

Sure, I'd hire him. What matters most are the credentials, and it only takes getting in 1 or 2 right homes to get a lot of positive word of mouth for the business.

I wonder if some people out there actually dress up as mario to for some plumbing duty to spread around like word of mouth too :P i wouldn't doubt it.
