No matter which console you own, I think we can all agree that the PS3 is finally coming along.
We can also agree that the PS3 owns the first quarter of '10, so really, it does make sense.

Wait...did he say no exclusive titles till May?
What about err...Red Steel 2 and Monster Hunter Tri?
The titles pachter quotes are tied to hardware.
You can't sell Wii Play if you don't have wiimotes... and you can't sell Wii Fit if you don't have Balance boards.
Heck even Mario Kart needs a wii wheel.
I think he's off base.

The PS3 just had a hardware redesign. It's understandable they need some time to catch up with demand after the holidays, the problem was actually far worse when the first PS2 slim came out. The Wii just had a ridiculous December, few expected the numbers to be quite that high. The supply will catch up in time, these things happen... |
That and it's hard to be in a rush when your about to hit profitability any day now.
Still... to miss FFXIII and GOW... I wonder how many PS3 sales are lost because of that.
Espiecally FFXIII of course being multiplat.

That's what I wanna know. Where does he get his confidence from? He talks as if he's the man |
He's an analyst. Analysts NEED to be confident. If he wanted to an Analyst could tell you with a straight face that dog poop in a sandwhich bag was going to be the number 1 hit X-mas 2010.

I think he's an analyst for investors. Investors don't care about total numbers as much as they care about growth... Wii could sell a million times more then the PS3 but if the PS3 market share grows and the Wiis shrinks then you make more money investing in the PS3.
(I'm not 100% sure on the particulars though.)
